What You Can’t Put In A Skip
There are several items that cannot be disposed of in our skips due to safety and environmental regulations. These include: asbestos, batteries, clinical or medical waste (including syringes and needles), dog faeces, electrical appliances and equipment, fluorescent tubes, farm plastics, fridges, freezers, and air conditioning units. We also do not accept gas canisters, gas bottles, hazardous or toxic materials, liquids, oil, petrol, diesel, paint or paint cans (except empty tins), plasterboard, roofing felt, tyres, or TVs or computer screens.

As a fully licensed waste carrier with access to a registered waste transfer station, we ensure all waste is handled safely and responsibly. Whether you need instant collection or regular skip hire, we prioritise environmental responsibility and legal compliance. We have a zero tolerance policy for plasterboard being mixed into a normal skip. We do dispose of plasterboard in a separate 1 ton bag or hire of a small skip.
